Needed a full water heater swap after ours started making weird noises and leaking a bit. John Padilla came out, assessed it, and gave us a couple solid options without pushing the most expensive one. We went with the mid-range tank and they installed it professionally in just a few hours. Everything works perfectly now, endless hot showers again! The team was friendly, respectful of the house, and cleaned up thoroughly. Best plumbing experience we've had.
Our water heater suddenly stopped working in the morning, and with kids in the house we needed hot water fast. Called John Padilla and they had a tech out the same afternoon. He walked us through the options, recommended a reliable replacement that fit our budget, and had everything installed and tested by the end of the day. Super clean job, no mess left behind, and the new heater is working great. Honest pricing and really nice guys. Will definitely use them again.
Another great experience with John Padilla plumbing. My dude Chris Dohrer came out for a tankless water heater flush. In the meantime he did a full plumbing inspection and gave me some good advice and recommendations for preventative maintenance. My dog, Waldo, was a huge fan of Chris as well. Thanks for coming out!
