If you're looking for a sign to book with Patricia, this is it! While her services are expensive, it was worth every penny for me and my lifestyle. My hair was not only flawless but lasted for months, making the cost per wear practically nothing. Not only is Patricia incredibly skilled and professional, she is a very enjoyable person you talk to so you forget you're sitting in a chair for hours. She has a gift for making you feel completely at ease whether it’s about your hair or another life crisis :) As someone who has flown to LA to be serviced by her twice, I can vouch for her ability to be both exceptionally thorough and quick. You'll leave with amazing hair and a great experience!
I had a wonderful experience at Jolie Beauty Bar! Patricia was very nice and professional, and she was right on time. The shop itself is spacious and beautifully kept, which made the whole appointment even more relaxing. I absolutely love how my hair turned out, and I also received my free touch-up with no issues at all. Highly recommend!
This has taken me a minute to really formulate my note, but as much as I loved the work it wasn’t a $1000 experience (the cost of boho medium knotless braids). Where do I start? There is a strict no late policy, as there should be, but receiving a text 2 minutes before my appointment you’re running late and then get there 30 minutes later was frustrating. My first impression of the owner, who braided my hair. The salon seems messy and not kept up well. The way the hair is stored is wild to me! I’m pretty sure the human hair used was dyed or someone else’s, every time my hair got wet it would bleed black on everything! The owner asks if you’re allergic to bring your own products for a wash (interesting) but okay wasn’t expecting head and shoulders 2 in 1 to be used. Texted and reached out multiple times for the touch up that is included in the price but with no response still. The lack of professionalism is what got me though. As the owner, seemed if I’m not a celebrity client my needs don’t matter. But in a small community of LA I won’t be referring any of my celebrity/influencer friends, family or anyone.
I had such an amazing experience at Jolie Beauty Bar! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the team is extremely professional. They truly care about the details, from washing and prepping my hair to making sure the final style was exactly what I wanted. The braids are neat, lightweight, and beautifully done I’ve been getting compliments nonstop. I also love that they provide the hair and even offer touch-ups, which makes the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Jolie Beauty Bar to anyone looking for top-quality braids and excellent service!
I had such a great experience at this braiding shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made the whole process so much easier. My stylist really took her time to make sure my hair came out exactly the way I wanted. The braids were neat, beautiful, and done with care. I’ve gotten so many compliments since, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality braiding services in LA!
