We recently hired Jonny Blonde to cater my mother’s 90th birthday bash. What an amazing experience! From my first contact with Layal, I felt completely confident that they would do an outstanding job! Layal is an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable. We truly appreciated her insights regarding menu choices, timeline and rental selections. On the day of the event, Layal and our bartender Elenia, did a beautiful job with set-up and preparations and were so lovely and easy to work with. The food was absolutely amazing and the guests couldn’t stop talking about it. They even packed up the leftovers into individual containers for our guests to take home. They went above and beyond our expectations with the clean up, leaving the venue immaculate and ensuring our rentals were packed away for pick up. Thank you for giving us amazing memories! We will definitely use Jonny Blonde again for our next event.

We hired Jonny Blonde for our wedding, working with Layal & Jon towards our special day was seamless, comfortable, and wonderful! The food they put together for us and our guests was something our guests still rave about to this day. Their commitment to making your event special, unique, and unbelievable is unmatched. They have incredible staff, who work just as hard as Layal and Jon do, they are such wonderful people who are so professional and knowledgeable. The Bartender that was brought on by Jonny Blonde, Sam, was the best bartender we could have ever asked for. Their whole team made sure our guests were taken care of, and safe. We highly recommend Jonny Blonde to anyone wanting the BEST food at your event. It truly was one of the best meals we have ever had in our lives!! Again, our friends and family are still talking about it as the best food they have ever had at an event!! They worked diligently to ensure all of our guests with allergies were taken care of, and any vegetarians were treated with such care. Our event was on the third floor of a building, and the elevator was not working at the time of dinner. Instead of pushing back dinner, Jonny Blonde's team without hesitation ran the food for our wedding up three flights of stairs, over and over to make sure our wedding day went according to plan. We can never thank this team enough for their commitment and care. Fair warning, you will be dreaming of their food until you get your hands on it again. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

We hired Jonny Blonde for our wedding a couple weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals we've ever had. Jonny and Layal will make things from scratch that many others won't (buns and gnocchi come to mind) and you can really taste the difference. The steak was perfectly done, the chicken was tender, and the vegetables were fresh and flavourful. The gnocchi was hands down the best gnocchi I've ever had and a huge hit among our friends and family. Jonny is a true craftsman behind a stove. I have a serious food allergy and right from the start Layal was diligent about making sure that all of the food would be safe for me and explained how they prepare their food, where it comes from, and how their mobile kitchen runs. She made sure the menu was built around food that I could eat right down to the hors d'oeuvres, and made sure each and every one of our guests with dietary restrictions had something they could eat too. We had guests coming up to us all night asking who we had hired for catering, and when I saw some friends from work a few days later that we had invited they were still talking about how good the food was. I would hire Jonny and Layal again in a heartbeat!

The best catering service out there! My husband and I hired for our baby shower this past weekend and the food and service was absolutely amazing!! Jonny and Layal are such an amazing team to work with, the food was incredible and we didn’t stop getting compliments about it from our guests! The passed apps were so delicious and so nicely presented! The charcuterie display is also as beautiful as delicious! Their bartender was also amazing and provided great service and made our signature drinks perfectly with beautiful garnishes! They set everything up for us, and cleaned up. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for at home or special event catering service! I’m also in the wedding industry and have worked with them before at weddings. Can’t wait to have another celebration to be able to hire them for!

We booked Jonny Blonde for our July wedding, and they exceeded all our expectations. Layal was fantastic in the lead-up to our big day, offering unwavering support and always being available to discuss any questions we had. On the wedding day, Jonny, Layal, Sam, Barbi, and the entire team were incredibly welcoming and friendly—it genuinely felt like we had family catering our event. The team went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and the food was absolutely to die for. Sam, who was in charge of our head table, made sure we were always smiling and that our glasses and bellies were full. Layal even made sure I stayed dry as I dashed to the bathroom, and later, she joined us on the dance floor, adding to the fun! Their charcuterie was so delicious, it even brought some of our guests to tears! We had a plated dinner with salad, chicken, and steak, and I’m still dreaming about the late-night tacos. I highly recommend Jonny Blonde for any event—you won’t be disappointed!
