If you have ever been exhausted and frustrated feeling like being a nurse could be a thankless existence, I’m sure it’s no comparison to the weight of receiving that letter. This was how I felt. I wanted to walk. I didn’t care to fight because I had already been defeated. I found Mr. Kreps on YouTube in the middle of the night while I was hopelessly scrolling for outcomes and judgements when nurses face the Board. It gets dark reading those stories. His story wasn’t. You learn his mother went back to school later in life to become a nurse and he has seen what we do for that license. Peggy called me a few hours later when they opened and immediately took action. I got step by step instructions and a general idea of what to expect. If I had questions or calls from the board, Peggy immediately responded and guided me on what to do. I don’t intend for this to sound gimmicky but if you think you can’t afford representation you can’t afford NOT to. You may think that the what you can offer them on a payment plan is laughable but I promise you that you’ll be surprised. We have all heard the horror stories and I was filled with debilitating dread knowing that the allegations on this grand scale was unlike any fight I’ve ever had to face. When it involves DEA and accusations of fraud you tend to replay this nightmare and your uncertain future over and over in your head. I got the call today that Mr. Kreps reached full settlement with the board and I do not have to appear or carry this another day of my life. STOP googling. STOP looking for statistics. STOP considering bargaining with the investigators that are calling. Get on the phone and under the guidance of this law office. They’re making such a difference in the nursing world. Got a traffic violation while driving through Birmingham. Kreps Law firm did an awesome job in getting it dismissed. Got defensive driving school and didn't have to travel back to Alabama. Being out of state it would have been a huge inconvenience to come back amd deal with it. Very simple and straight-foward process. Ticket was dismissed. Definitely recommend!
I was surprised to find this completely works. I received a speeding citation in AL for faster than I was driving. I had no way of proving that I was not driving the speed I was supposedly clocked at. I hired Kreps, filled out all the paperwork, sent my driving record, and detailed description of what happened. I was expecting to be permitted to take a defensive drivers course at a cost greater than the fine itself just to keep my record clean and keep insurance cost down. Instead the entire ticket got dismissed and all I had to pay was court cost and Kreps's retaining fee. No drivers school, no ticket on my record, and I paid about the same amount as the original fine. Better than I expected and they were very easy to work with. They handled the whole thing. I will recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

I was weary of my results, being like the guy/girl below me after I figured out shortly after I hired Kreps that avvo rating scale being a scam. I was afraid of being scammed out especially sense the price was pretty high! Got even more nervous when the attorney I originally got swapped twice during my case! The final attorney though was a big help and reassured me of my options and excelled beyond expectations and my reckless driving ticket was dismissed and court cost was way cheaper than originally estimated and got driving school!
