Went in to have a look at wedding rings and the customer service was appalling, told them I wasn't sure what style I wanted and she brought out a display case with about 10 similar rings in it, that's it. No trying to help, no conversation - just stood and looked at me in silence with a Judgemental look. Told me there was a discount on wedding rings if I wanted to buy, so I walked out and went to another jewellers and was treated much better there. Why would I spend money somewhere were the staff are rude and unwelcoming...
Recent visit was horrible. Left ring in to clean and the ring had some damage over time. The jeweller basically was so rude about it said I must work on a building site!! I was so upset they way he spoke to me made be feel so little. I just wanted out so I said I would take the rings with me. And he said are you not going to fix them obv not there!! He then would not give me the rings he threw them on the counter and said one of the girls with give them to you. It was just awful. I certainly would never step foot in the shop again. The rings are my property not theirs and you would have thought I had came in and damaged items in their shop. It was upsetting to hear I had some damage to my rings but he made sure to make me feel alot worse. Took them to another jewellers and they were so nice. Dealt with it so professionally and with care. Could not believe how I was treated at this shop. I would rate this shop no stars but that option was not there.
We had a great experience purchasing our engagement ring. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. We were especially grateful for their support when we returned with concerns about the ring sizing. They reassured us, explained procedures about how to wear/ take off the ring properly and made sure everything was sorted without any hassle. Their patience and professionalism stood out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service during such an important purchase!
Absolutely thrilled with my new ring! The craftsmanship is beautiful, the details are stunning, and it looks even better in person than I expected. The jeweller was wonderful to work with—helpful, professional, and clearly passionate about quality. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
Telephoned the store today and ‘Mark’ rudely ended the call, so I telephoned back and said that it is normal to end a telephone call with ‘goodbye’, to which he said “Some people do, I don’t” and hung up - lovely
