Jayke Maples and crew were wonderful to work with. He came out and looked at my roof and found the issue and had his team fix it quickly. He then followed up and came out to thoroughly test when there was a concern of the same issue returning, but found that it was another issue and promptly had his team fix that too. I highly recommend him and the company as a whole!

Chad was incredibly patient and responsive throughout, never making us feel like we were being a bother. He kept us in the loop about timing and when the project would start. Once started, he checked in daily to keep us updated on progress and made sure everything was going according to plan. More importantly, he showed genuine care that we got the roof we wanted and were satisfied with the results. There was a brief window of warmer weather in December, and they made it happen on time despite its complexity and having to deal with wood rot. We used JR & Co. in Kansas City for our hail damaged roof replacement. Working with Chad Amis was easy as he handled everything for us. Chad kept us informed regarding the project's status and the staff at JR & Co. worked with State Farm closely adjusting the claim as needed. JR's installation crews were professional and detailed throughout the project. The property was reasonably cleaned up upon completion of the job. Will definitely use them again. Awesome job Chad!
