Santa Clara Jumpers really came through for us in a pinch! We had a lunch event with 65 people and the chairs we were planning on we're not available. I don't want to encourage last-minute bookings, but he was able to bring us chairs within 2 hours! Very communicative, easy payment, and good prices. I recommend!

Bad experience today at our son’s birthday party. First the setup was not done properly and bouncy house kept collapsing. When I called, the person who managed it, he was rude and asked us to check if the air inlet or outlet was lose as if we were supposed to handle it. Then after 10 mins of us trying to fix, he agreed to show up and found that generator was faulty. This is something the setup guy should have noticed in the first place. Guy who came to fix also left without saying anything. I had to call him to figure out what is happening. In the end, he did get a new generator but bouncy house was finally functional but 12:40 PM instead of planned time of 10:30 am. Due to this delay, peak time of using the bounce house was past. And when he came to pick up, he justified by saying that he let us use the house for 30 min extra in the end when all the kids were gone and no one needed it anyways. Giving one extra star for at least getting a new generator. But it is such a low bar and I would not recommend using them again.

We rented a bounce house through this company and were very pleased with their services. The ease of being able to reserve online and prompt communication made it so simple and easy to complete the reservation. The delivery and pick up were quick and efficient. Highly recommend and would use their services again.

Our experience with Santa Clara Jumpers/Jump House Kingdom was perfect! We rented a jumper with a slide for our 6 year old's birthday party and it was a huge hit. It was very easy to reserve the jumper we wanted on their website and Tom was extremely helpful and professional whenever I reached out with questions and clarification. The day of the party, the jumper was delivered 30 min before the party started and the set up team did a great job ensuring it was clean and the jumper looked to be in excellent condition. They were very patient during the tear down process at the end of the party as well and let a few straggling kids have a few more jumps even though our time was up. Thank you so much Santa Clara Jumpers! I am definitely planning on renting from them again for any of our future bounce house needs!

Great service - Tom showed up and set up the biggest nicest bounce castle I've ever seen quickly and efficiently. Tables and chairs were clean and in good shape. The kids (and adults) had a blast! This is the second year we've rented from them. We will continue/.
