My husband made a post with the same pictures but I will share my thoughts as well. The only positive parts of it experience was that the girl checking us in was nice and helpful and my kids said they had a good time. Food service wasn’t the greatest. Over priced food and kept being told that everything was small portions even though the menu said otherwise. Was cool to find out that the pizzas were from papa Murphys but they didn’t cook it right. Must be on a conveyor belt cause the topped was cooked entirely too much to being burnt while the bottom was not cooked all the way through. Burger was burnt and the tater tot’s were undercooked from the gate. They were squishy and tasted full of oil. Bright then back to ask for a fresh cooked all the way through batch to find out later after eating a couple that they literally just refried the same ones😳🤦🏻♀️ even though the guy asked if I would like a new batch. The place was dirty like it hasn’t been lysold down in who knows how long. The bathrooms definitely could’ve used a cleaning, women’s sanitary napkin trash cans were overflowed with open diapers and on the floor. Pee splatters were on the toilet seats🤢🤢🤮🤮 although my kids said they had fun said that the workers there weren’t the friendliest. Kids under 5 were running around unattended. It really wasn’t the greatest experience and I’m very thankful I got a coupon price cause if I literally spent $100 for my kids to go at full price I wouldn’t of been the nicest with the things we had to deal with especially food wise.

It was a lot of fun, my two year old and I had a blast. Lots of different sections that had different things to do - bounce house, "high dive", slack line, basketball hoops, individual jumping section, dodgeball, ninja course, etc. Lots of fun but I had two big complaints. One, the girl checking me in told me I HAD to have grippy socks to jump with my son. So I bought their socks and then I found out that you don't actually have to have them. And even if it had been a general rule, might it not have been excused for me since I was with a two year old - hardly a candidate for the extreme jumping I'd need grippy socks for. Secondly, when paying they asked for a tip. What?!? I knew tip culture has gotten insane, but at a jumping house?? If I was ordering food I could understand but why am I being asked to tip someone for checking me in?? Pay your employees, don't ask me to do that for you!!

We had my 10 year olds birthday party here. The host was amazing and helpful. The kids had a great time. I will definitely do another party here. I love how the party space is separate from the park area so it is a little quieter and less hectic. Much easier to get the kids rounded up to eat and have cupcakes. Thank you Jump Time!!

We had my son’s birthday party here and it was so organized and easy to work with! I booked online, filled out an email with my order and showed up the day of the party and everything was set up for me! I was also able to drop off balloons the night before. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The venue was super clean! And the kids all had a blast at the party! I will likely have another birthday party here again! Great place!

Honestly, the best trampoline park in the treasure Valley. Compiled of various trampoline areas, ninja warrior course, mini golf, airbag pits a 5 and under area and a great choose of foods and other refreshments. This place has something for everyone and is just awesome. My family loves it. Shoutout to Brayden! Coolest employee there.
