Easy enough website to navigate & look at , only down side when your looking at the jumping castles & if your looking at them from a budget perspective & then when you get to the check out there is more costs then on tooo it all then adds up very quickly . Personally It would be good to see up front the cost of delivery & the extra things like if you need sand bags & all that . we paid for 2 sand bags as we were advised we would need them but we only used one because one of the spots to attaché to the other side was broken so didn’t end up using anyway Our driver was fantastic with the drop off & pick up! Really nice bloke , great job Harmad, thanks for awesome service 👍🏻 Great castle & the kids had so much fun

Your response to my review is completely untrue. The party started at 12pm and the castle was set up at 12:45pm. No contact? Happy to share call log of multiple attempts to call and txt and email you only to receive a automated messages that weekends are outside your business hours. You have not offered assistance you offered a $20 refund which is ridiculous for a $600+ order that arrived halfway through the party and was the wrong castle. To suggest I threatened you is also ridiculous. I threatened legal action if the issue was not resolved, which I will be proceeding with. For transparency, I reached out to you to try to resolve this fairly but the best you could come up with is a $20 refund and lies about the setup time. Feel free to share the time stamped photo you say you have. Your email says delivery between 11-11:30am for the party starting at 12pm. Your driver arrived after 12pm and the setup was done at 12:45pm. Thankfully I have all the photos and logs so you can lie all you want here.

Dodgy. Castle arrived an hour late. In dirty condition and full of leaves. Ordered a Toy Story castle and received a plain one. No one to contact as they turn their phones off on weekends. Despite all these issues, they only offered a $20 refund - even though we paid over $600 and got the wrong castle an hour late

Easy to book and kept the kids entertained for hours! Responded to emails quickly when we were enquiring. Also loved that staff were timely with drop off and pick up too! Easy to set up before the event. Have already booked another event with this company.
