I had came to this place quite a few times and never had issues with the kids jumping with normal Socks. Being charge for socks that have “grip” is a waste of money. The kids feel exactly the same with normal socks. I don’t believe I’ll come back here after the experience I had today, urban air is a better choice at this point for the kids.

I have been this place many times as a long-term customer. No issues until recently. I felt there had been a lot of changes in this place that made overall customer experience going from good to unbearable. First, the price increased - which is perhaps due to inflation - no complaining here but just for awareness to whoever is reading this review. Second, the claw machines, which are my kids' favorite game there, just got ten times harder. It is quite visible that the prizes were much less than before. Not surprisingly, we played many rounds, lost all the money in account and got nothing. It is not bad luck. With much fewer prizes in the pool, it is just mechanically impossible to claw anything. I stayed around to observe other players. Again, not surprisingly nobody got a thing. Third, my kid was jumping in the central trampoline but suddenly needed help. I went on the trampoline to help and to comfort my kid, only to be evicted by the person working there. I was told I have to buy a ticket to be able to go on the trampoline. I explained I do not intend to play on the trampoline at all, just to help my kid. The answer is there is no exception because it is the store policy. Overall, I used to be a happy customer but would no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Brought my baby here on Friday. I used a Groupon, came with a $5 game card and 1 hour of play for $12. #notsponsored Nice, clean facility, with friendly and attentive staff. The place was quite empty for a Friday afternoon. I would come back!
