Regarding the cafe, the food is generally okay, but today’s kids' pancakes were served burnt and hard. We didn’t request a replacement as it was disappointing that the kitchen deemed them acceptable to serve in the first place.

Went today 3/1/26 with my Grandson age 6 and his mum. What a disappointment, the girls on the desk told us to keep our jackets on as the mini golf was cold !!! Understatement of the year !!!! It was absolutely baltic, my Grandson loves the idea of retrieving the ball from the water .Impossible today as it was completely frozen over 😡We have been before and it has been cold but today was absolutely disgraceful .We lasted an hour, and that was as much as we could stand. The young staff at the desk must have been sick listening to everyone complaining (not their fault) down to bad management .We were going to go into soft play , but after using the toilets , we had had enough , disgusting , dirty and smelly .This was supposed to be a wee day for my Grandson before school on Monday , what a complete and utter waste of a day and money, one disappointed wee boy.Left and travelled to East Kilbride for soft play , which saved the day .Would really like a response from owners .😡😡😡😡

Very poor experience after numerous great visits, Just a warning for any ASN parents, as much as they do “ASN events” the staff aren’t trained to understand the needs of ASN kids, We went to a Santa event and it was one of there ASN events but Unfortunately it was ruined and many others as the kids were walking up the slide and one elf in particular couldn’t understand that unfortunately our kids don’t understand when when they are told not to do something they don’t understand, She was adamant that we “should tell her” although she was told numerous times that they don’t understand and “telling her” she wouldn’t understand, But she was still adamant that we should just tell her, She then went on to say her brother has autism and he’s 6 then he was 8 and he understands, well ain’t that great although if she genuinely did have any relation with autism then she would understand how autism actually effects your child, but then again that’s none of my business as not all kids are the same so who is she to even think about comparing. She then said she was going to get the manager and after 30 minutes the manager still hadn’t came in to speak to us although the elf was still coming in and out with a smirk on her face, When we were leaving I spoke to a manager on shift but unfortunately she wasn’t interested and was only interested in what this elf had said and that apparently we made nasty comments as her brother has autism, yeah we are going to mock a kid with autism when ours has it ain’t we ? Good one. Also, she explained the rules are that you shouldn’t walk up the slide, yes we understand that, but it’s also the same in EVERY other soft play and we have attended others at ASN events and they haven’t bothered because they must understand the needs and how ASN kids are, We have attended this soft play a few times for ASN events and it’s never been a problem but just seems now the staff working there don’t understand the needs of ASN kids so I’d advise them to stop doing these events if they aren’t trained to actually deal with them, Also I wasn’t too bothered about this but since I’m leaving a review I might aswell add it, Someone came round saying that the kitchen was closing so if we wanted any to go and order it, I went up and ordered food and then about 20/25 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived so I went up and asked if I had been forgot about the woman in the kitchen was cleaning up and said the kitchen was closed but the girl at the till said there was still 2 orders still to be done, mines being one, It got made and brought out and the girl couldn’t apologise any more so it didn’t really bother me much but as said if I’m leaving a review I might aswell add it. Also the 2 cubicles in the men’s toilets dont lock as the bit the snib goes into are missing on both doors ? I’d say that should be a pretty urgent repair surely ? I know any reply I get will be to cover up half of the story from this elf but this is the truth from my side and I just hope yous can take something on board from it and maybe offer some training to your staff so no one else is upset from an event when they are paying decent money to come out to an ASN event with likeminded parents to try and relax,

Visited this place due to finding a groupon voucher for it. Booking was simple and quick and the reception staff were nice and friendly. My daughter liked the softplay and especially the random monkeys and parrots dotted about. The cafe was okay but the staff didnt seem to have a clue what was going on around them at all. Wasnt busy at all. The golf was good fun and the addition of the little baskets to get the balls when they inevitably fall in the water
