Mr. Contreras was super helpful, dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable! We have worked with J&W for a few years now and he was amazing! He worked diligently, and stayed until he got our system working on a freezing night. Would choose him specifically again!
Jeremiah was very friendly and patient when he installed our new water heater. He was on time, answered all of our questions, and did a great job with the installation. There had been a small miscommunication about the unit to be installed, but he went out of his way to resolve the issue for us. Richa, the sales manager was flexible and accommodating. He responded to our calls and emails promptly. They were able to schedule our installation quickly, called and texted when the technician was on their way, and showed up when they said they would.
I called at 3 on a Friday and they were here by 6, which was amazing because our AC went out and we have a newborn. Our technician was thorough, professional and was able to repair our unit. We signed up for their maintenance plan, so will be using them again! Thankful for their prompt service.
Francisco arrived 7:45 am which was great! I was quoted a time frame from 8:30 am to 3pm for the install of the new HVAC system and he was done at 12:05 pm on a Saturday he kept our home clean and swept when he was finished he even made sure to roll up the runners we had in our high traffic areas in our home. What was shown the day prior by Jon and Bert they really acted quickly and squeezed us into their schedule and I want to say thank you to Francisco for doing and amazing job and being very informative! Once my partner got home he had us both go outside to the new York condenser unit they installed and man it looks amazing!!! I will attach pictures below. The Ecobee thermostat has told us our indoor air quality was poor and that for better ventilation to open some windows to help properly ventilate the home. Technology is amazing and I am glad we updated our system thank you again to everyone at J&W Heating and Air!

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, took great care to protect my home, and worked diligently to ensure everything was installed correctly. The technicians explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship was evident throughout the entire job. The new AC unit is working perfectly, and I can already feel the difference in comfort levels in my home. I highly recommend J&W Heating and Air for their excellent service and expertise.
