It is my first time using JW Heating and Air, to maintain our AC+heating system. Very pleased with the service and work done. Our technician is Joshua Gouveia, who is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He identified an efficiency issue in our heating system, recommended a solution. After some thinking, we proceeded with the solution. Joshua was able to secure the needed parts and installed them in the same week. We appreciate his service very much. Will call for him again.
David was a really good technician. He spoke directly and candidly with me about my options, about the expected service life of my AC and heating equipment, and how each part wears over time. This kind of honesty is rare among service providers. It really helps me plan how I will do upgrades and future maintenance, and I really appreciate it.
JW provided great service on tuning my furnace. Ernesto came on time and was polite and friendly while serving the unit. He took lots of photos and showed me the condition of the unit. He wasn't pushy either. I'll definitely call them out to service again next year.
JW Heating/Air rocks! Alan discovered a crack in my furnace’s heat exchanger, which could have been potentially lethal. Eric coordinated everything flawlessly and arranged a replacement HVAC unit. Felipe, David, and Danny arrived early and did a fantastic job installing a brand-new rooftop HVAC unit at my home. Felipe also installed a new thermostat. Highly professional team from start to finish!
JW Heating and Air is great. I’m very impressed with their knowledge and their execution. Start to finish the whole team was on time, considerate, clean, and skilled. They gave the perfect tutorial of my ac unit (not too short and not too long) and making sure everything was clean. White glove treatment. It’s nice to know a company that takes pride in their work. I couldn’t recommend a company more.
