This is my second time using K and K Heating and Cooling. They must say on both occasions it was easy making the appointments, The staff is absolutely professional. The price very reasonable. Our Technician Gilbert, was awesome. My husband and I cant say enough, not only did he call well in advance to give us a heads up that he was enroute, roads and weather was bad, but Gilbert arrived to our home so very kind and courteous. Gilbert's expertise of his profession speaks volumes. From the reports, photos and explanation from our questions there's no doubt that my husband I will continue tto use K and K Heating and Cooling. I had a great experience with K and K Heating & Cooling. From the first call to the completed repair, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. My technician, Gilbert, arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and fixed the furnace quickly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and left the work area clean. It’s such a relief to have reliable heat again, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend K&K to anyone needing furnace repair.
I got a new HVAC System installed and I definitely recommend K and K Heating and Cooling! From quote to installation the entire team was professional and took time to answer any questions that I had. The crew was on time, wore shoe covers inside and cleaned up all materials upon completion. They walked me through using the system as well as maintenance recommendations. The pricing of my unit was fair and I took advantage of their financing as well. I’m a happy customer and highly recommend if you are in the market for a new system.
These guys are absolutely amazing and I would work with them again and again. I recently purchased a house and was shocked to find out that the furnaces were over 50 years old. I was quoted 20k from another HVAC company in the area but I felt as though I was being overquoted and sold unnecessary things as a first time homebuyer. As I was scrambling to find other HVAC companies, I found KandK. Jerry came out for the free estimate and walked me through everything that needed to be repaired. He answered all my questions and worked with me to find a reasonable solution, saving money where we could. I was able to schedule with them right away. Jerry was so sincere and honest. Josh and Nick did an amazing job repairing all the outdated equipment in less than a day! I was amazed at how nice the new furnaces looked in so little time. I am so glad this is behind me, just in time for the cold season. If you are considering another company in the area, just don’t waste your time. These guys are your guys!
Ian and Brian did a wonderful job today! Heating and a/c units successfully installed, quicker than I expected. They kept me posted on their progress, answered all of my questions and trained me on the new thermostat, changing the filter and miscellaneous maintenance. The system they replaced was 34 years old! I am a happy customer.
