5 stars all the way! Best service I’ve ever had. K Liu Accounting Services is so knowledgeable and patient, and they are always quick to respond and polite. I immediately felt like they were on my side with my tax arrangement. They have my absolute trust and I’ll definitely be a long-term client from now on!
Awful experience overall - was told I would have an all inclusive service as far as bookkeeping and accounting. I paid them $29K over 3 years and all that I received was my QuickBooks account absolutely ruined and finances in disarray. Avoid K Liu at all costs. I think the issues lay in their heavily automated business model. It is impossible to just call someone and speak with them, instead you need to submit a request and they will arrange a time for a call when convenient. They will send you an automated excel sheet that has all of your monthly transactions on it and ask you to explain each transaction and which account it belongs to. Why am I paying $9000 a year to do my own bookkeeping on an excel sheet and not QuickBooks which I am also obligated to pay for? As well this monthly email gets lost amongst the 10-20 generic marketing emails you will receive from them canvasing for 5 star Google reviews. When confronted about the situation I was told that the onus was on me to have read through and picked the 1 relevant email from the mass of marketing emails. I do not understand the 5 star Google rating, I'm confident it's a result of review farming. I do not understand how any business in good conscience is comfortable taking nearly $30'000 from me and not producing a single hour of work. Crooked. I wasn't going to make this review but even after a severe falling out I still get sent the weekly marketing emails.

I recently had a wonderful first time experience with K Liu accounting. From the first consultation over phone call, to having my return completed in there office it was truly an easy, great experience. For once I felt I wasn't made to feel a type of way for asking questions or not understanding something and and everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the appointment it really made a difference to my experience. I am so happy this will be our new accounting home and I will definitly be referring my family and friends here. Thank you for an enjoyable income tax experience. :)
The K Liu Team was exceptional in providing both personal and corporation tax returns for our family. Their processes are thorough and efficient, while their customer service was fantastic. Lisa took the time to answer all of our questions, and we are more than satsified with their service - as much as we dislike tax season, we're looking forward to working with the K Liu Team next year!
