I met Josh through having to get a brand new Sony TV repaired (warranty program). Josh took the time to not only perform the repairs, but also educate me on what failed, and what he was replacing, and why. He is a highly skilled and educated individual when its comes to all home electronics. Even though he came to repair a warrantied 4k 75" tv, I went had him also repair my out of warranty Sony 75" that I purchased less than 5 years ago. In a time when we live in a throwaway society, do better, save some money, and call Josh to repair your home electronics. Support small businesses! His service and expertise are worth the investment. I will be calling Josh an KOE from now on for my repairs.
My husband and I are very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the rep Josh. He was honest, upfront, and communicated our best options and allowed us to decide which way we should go once we were given our choices. Best of all was the choice that we made did not quite work out for us; however, again, he did make us aware and allowed us to make that decision. THEN, when we made our decision, he offered to mount our new television at no charge. We highly recommend K-O Electronics and will use them again if needed.

What truly sets him apart is his responsiveness—every question or concern I had was met with a prompt and thoughtful reply. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend K&O Electronics and Josh, it is lucky to have a TV repairer like him in this area.
Backlight led lights went out on Sony Bravia TV. Sony said too difficult to repair. Contacted Josh at K-O Electronics. Josh was very knowledgeable and said he had replaced the lights on thousands of units without any problems. Josh ordered the lights on a Monday and came to my home on the following Monday at 5:25pm to replace the lights. He said the repair would take 2-3 hours. He was finished in an hour and a half. I can see why Sony said it was too difficult of a repair. Josh was amazing to watch him do the repair. The price he charged was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend K-O Electronics for any TV repair.
Professional & Knowledgeable. Josh fixed my 2-year old SONY TV that had an OLED bulb issue. Fair price for a meticulous job that no other tv repair company could complete except for K-O Electronics. Highly recommend!
