Worth the money! The kids had a blast and we won so many prizes. Shout out to Tamara, who is working there. Great customer service.

What a cool little experience. We took the kids for less than an hour and they won big while having a blast! Kako Claw has a friendly and helpful staff (seriously, ask them for help), and there is a great variety to win at this claw games location!

The staff are very welcoming and nice. One employee, Trevor, stood out with excellent customer service and very nice to my family and I. For the amount you win and spend, the value itself is really good and very fun all-around. Fun for adults and kids.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I play claw games very often and this place was above and beyond with their customer service and overall positive vibe. My partner and I drove 30 mins to the mall just so I could check this place out. I normally spend $55-100 at my local RoundOne so I have had plenty of practice and expect push back from winning prizes, but not here! i spent only $20 & I got most of my plush first try & when I was having difficulty staff was right there to help me out. 😃 Unfortunately I did not get the name of the nice staff member, but he had blonde hair and cool pants LOL! I traded five of my plush to upgrade to a bigger prize! Very cool, very fun! Thanks for making my day 🩷

We took our 10-year-old daughter to Kako Claw yesterday afternoon, and we all had an absolute blast! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the young ladies working there went above and beyond with their hospitality. They were extremely helpful, patient, and made sure everyone had a great time. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. We’ll definitely be back soon! We highly recommend for families looking for something fun to do together!
