We’ve been coming to Kangas since 2021 and absolutely love it. Management has changed a couple of times since then and I can confidently say this is the best it’s been! My daughter had a birthday party a couple weeks ago and for the most part, everything went as planned. There was a small communication issue but once I let my host know they immediately went to fix it. The only piece of constructive criticism I would give is for the host to take more initiative when it comes to the “itinerary”. I’m busy running around making sure my guests and kids are doing okay, so I don’t need to be asked when things should be brought out constantly when there is a schedule already. Apart from that, my daughter had a wonderful time and that’s all that matters. Thank you Kangas!
My son had a great time at his party and I think all of his little friends did too. The place his clean and not too big so that they can get lost, but big enough for them to have a great time. The toddler area is perfect! The food was good and enough for the kids and adults. Our party host was sweet and helpful and made sure we had what we needed. She wasn't as hands on as I have seen at other places (serving the food to the kids) but she did help to keep us on schedule. For the cost and what you get, I'd recommend.
It's a good place but I don't like that they don't say anything to the ppl who uses shoes in the play area for the kids, respect would be great as the little ppl put theirs hands in the mouth when playing! The play areas are not really clean, a lot of dust and hair everywhere! Sometimes you can also find dry and old pieces of food! They try to clean in the tables area but not the most important part the play areas!
My over all experience was good for the price. Pros: good price - fun compact play area .cons: owner keep it super hot in there I ask if the AC work they said it did so not sure why it felt like it was 92* degrees. Staff seem under staff and over worked. Not very pleasant either. But again for the price it was ok. They do have events that my child enjoy like the princess event. I did have some concerns like exposed wires and open electrical room door and staff area. Would host a party here they allow piñatas.
Honestly a really nice indoor playground. Kind of overwhelming at first but start off slow with toddlers or other and small kids with the little toddler area. The whole facility is quite nice. The seem to take good care of it.
