I’ve always had a wonderful experience with Dr Charity and her staff. They take their professionalism to the next level but still remain down to earth and make you feel very comfortable during your visits. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Excellent nursing staff here! I was also very impressed with Dr. Cohen as well. Thank you for providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I appreciate all of my questions being answered in a kind and compassionate manner as well. My wait time in the lobby area was a bit longer than expected but I might have gone during a busy time.
I have been going to Kansas City Skin and Cancer of Kansas City for roughly 5 years. I was referred by a friend and then two more of our friends started going so we have a little gal pal club going now because the service is so good. The facility on Ambassador Drive is a beautifully updated and spacious former library. The staff are always courteous and kind. Charity is amazing in her skills as a diagnostician and has a very good eye on determining if anything doesn't look "quite right". My husband also sees Charity and she has detected pre-cancerous cells on both of us which she burned off the same day. She has a way of making you feel comfortable at your cancer screening when that would normally be a very uncomfortable setting. She's so kind and friendly and just has a way of putting you at ease. I would highly recommend the Kansas City Skin And Cancer Center. They also have a cosmetic side of the facility that offers different treatments and procedures you might want to check out :-)
Kansas City Skin and Cancer Center is the BEST!!! The staff is ALL wonderful!!! They are kind, treat us just like family, and do a very thorough and accurate job of documenting all our information. And our Dr???Dr Ravis!! We have been seeing him for 12 years and would seriously follow him anywhere. He is the best Doctor. We trust his expertise implicitly. He takes the very best care of us!!!
I've been seeing Megan Hottel for a couple years and each time I've been in, I've had great experience. I don't feel rushed with questions, the nurses are sweet, I'm always in and out and have never had to wait for more than 5 min in the waiting room- which is hard to find in most clinics these days. The front desk staff has always been courteous as well. 10/10 recommend!!
