Thank you to the manger Stacy if it was for her my ring would still needing to be worked on. I was having a lot of issues if my first wedding ring and she let us exchange it for a new one and the then we had issues with the bands that they went out of the way to make my ring beautiful and I love it. I will keep going to Kay’s with her there as wells as some of the staff. Thank you so much
First time coming to Kay jewelers. I normally shop at Zales or Jared’. Unfortunately that has changed when I came across Silvano. I knew he’s been in the game from the beginning with his professionalism and how he was put together. I informed him what I wanted and showed the gentleman pictures of what I was looking for. Immediately he knew the right piece and it was clearanced and saved me $1,500. That’s $1,500 more I would had spent somewhere else. That money I saved. I was able to purchase a timepiece to match. Silvano will be my new jeweler. If anyone who shops at this Kay at Arrowhead or hasn’t. Definitely come through and see Silvano for top notch service and a great experience!
This is truly a 10 star review. There are not enough kind words I could say about the staff at this location. Everyone was so sweet to my kids and entertained my toddler who loves to talk and be apart of everything I do. Stacy the manager (sorry if I miss spelled your name) helped me with my daughter as she was getting a little board. She treated her like her own child and was so sweet to her, thank you so much!! Samantha was the one that had helped me and she was beyond amazing. She made me feel like we were friends and I was there for a good fun time and not a stressful about to spend a crap ton of money time. She really took her time to help me find my dream ring. The most important thing for me is that she was honest with me and saw me as a person and not a dollar sign. At the end of the day we all need to make money and that is understandable but she didn’t screw me over in the process which I love. Savannah jumped in when it came time to financing and she was the absolute best again I felt like I was having a grand time with my friends, she too was very honest and helped throw some ideas out there to enhance my ring for the future. Truly amazing staff I would drive 2 hours to visit their store for the experience I received!! Thank you all at Kay jewelers and I can’t wait to share my wedding pictures with you all!!
My hubby and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and the sales associate Kristy was incredible. She helped us find the perfect anniversary band. Leo 1st light. An absolutely beautiful ring! Kristy was very helpful and was able to stay in our price range.
Randy truly made it happen for us today, and we couldn’t be more grateful. His exceptional service during our trade-in experience went above and beyond our expectations.
