I tried several times with many other jewelers to find the perfect ring for my fiance. I went from one disaster to the next until we came here and met Pam. I truly cannot say enough about the level of excellence that she brought to every aspect of the whole experience. My bride to be felt completely comfortable working with her and designing the perfect custom ring. She listened intently to every detail of what we were trying to accomplish, including the price range we had in mind. In the end we got an extraordinary engagement ring that we are both thrilled with. On a personal note, Pam was kind, polite, and respectful and I felt confident in her recommendations because I knew I could trust her character as well her expertise.
Quality of jewelry is outstanding and affordable!! Selection of diamonds and gems can cause a person to have heart palpitations! I worked primarily with Cherish Zahara, Mgr., who is amazing, but all the sales personnel are kind and helpful. Overall, above par!! Very happy and looking forward to future purchases!
