I’ve been a loyal customer to Kay Jewelers for a very longggggg time. Recently I had a terrible experience at my local store and I had to drive a few hrs away to the next closest one to get my daughter bracelet sent in to get fixed. As soon as I came into the Kay Jewelers here in Spokane,WA. I was greeted very nicely by Teresa. She sat us down, asked us what brought us in, LISTENED to all my concerns and helped address everything I needed done. It’s so nice to be heard and be told that my issue will be fixed. I will definitely be coming back to this Kay Jewelers store in the future, even if I have to drive a few hrs.

I went in just to look around not purchase right away but with her help I was able to walk out with a necklace I like very much.
