From the moment we walked into Keens it was a delight from start to finish. Paul the sales guy was 1st class with us. Didn’t rush us and advised us in everything. We purchased 2 sofas & scatter cushions. They were delivered this morning by 2 very professional delivery guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round!!! I was looking for a comfortable high quality suite for some time before I discovered Keens.l was really taken with their 3 floors of beautiful high quality furniture. I resolved to look no further & buy from Keens. My first experience of their customer service was with Peter. An absolute gentleman, very knowledgeable, patient & professional who helped me choose a suite. Admittedly I was a somewhat challenging customer and changed my mind a few times.On subsequent visits to the store I had the pleasure of meeting Denise & Brian who were extremely friendly, helpful, understanding & attentive to my needs. They were knowledgeable & professional & really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. I had an absolutely excellent experience with Keens & would not hesitate to recommend this company & their staff. Many thanks to all the team for their patience & support during my journey.
Fantastic service today at Keens. Brian was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and actually listened to what we wanted. No pushy sales, just great advice. Super excited to get our sofa, needless to say we’ll definitely be back.
Returning customers, have been buying for keens for years, sofas, beds kitchen tables.. Today we just took delivery of our sliding wardrobe, it's amazing! I have to say also the the staff are top quality too, from the sales staff to the delivery guys and fitters, I would not hesitate to recommend and we will be returning again soon. Thank you.
Excellent Service, Called in yesterday to check stock availability. Service was good and friendly, Back today and bought 4 new chairs to go with a table we had, home within the hour with chairs. Excellent quality for the price. Thanks Keens
