We had the pleasure of working with Melanie for our wedding, and her services were indispensable. From the outset, Melanie proved to be incredibly easy to work with, maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization that kept the entire planning process on track. One of her greatest strengths is her communication; she responded to all inquiries with impressive speed, ensuring that decisions were made promptly and no detail was overlooked. Furthermore, her ability to maximize our budget was remarkable. She provided expert guidance on cost-allocation, ensuring we achieved a high-end result while remaining fiscally responsible. The logistical execution on the day of the event was flawless. The setup and cleanup were handled with such seamless precision that we, and our guests, were never aware of the behind-the-scenes transitions. It is rare to find a partner who balances creative vision with such rigorous operational discipline. Our experience with Melanie and her team at KSE was exactly what we needed. Following her professional guidance was a huge stress relief for us, which is thanks to her many years in the wedding and events industry. Mel is so calm and sincere, she wants you to have the most enjoyable wedding and understands how important it is to you. She'll make you feel heard, and will kindly address any holes you may have in your own plans (trust me, you will). And when the big day arrives you can take a breath knowing that her and the team have your back. Our wedding took place within 8 months of meeting Mel, we had 123 guests at the Shaughnessy Restaurant, and it was perfectly executed. I had absolutely zero worries on the day about how the wedding would unfold because I knew Mel was two steps ahead. From our first consultation to the very last hour of our wedding night we were in highly organized hands thanks to Mel. We appreciate her and the team who worked so hard to ensure that we had the perfect wedding!
Keepsake Events was amazing from day 1. It was so relieving to rely 100% on Mel and her team on our wedding day. We knew we were in good hands from our first meeting with Mel where she asked all the right questions to make sure all our boxes were checked off before and during the wedding. Mel was extremely organized with thoroughly timed spreadsheets and was able to be flexible with our changes. Her suggestions throughout the whole process were very thoughtful and well executed. The decor and arrangements were perfect as well. We had a wonderful time at our wedding because the team made sure everything ran smoothly. I happened to come across Keepsake Events & Mel when looking on Instagram for a wedding planner. I knew immediately I wanted to work with her when we briefly met for a consultation. From the get go, Mel was so pleasant, cheery, and super calm (if you’re a naturally anxious person like I am, Mel was amazing at keeping me feel assured). I couldn’t have been more happier to work with Mel on the entire wedding process. She was extremely organized and was able to accommodate my billion questions with detailed responses. I really appreciated Mel’s expertise in the industry, she knew all the nuanced scenarios that comes with planning a wedding. Most of all, Mel tailored all of her planning and recommendations to my aesthetic, my personality, and what I was comfortable with — in short, she just GOT me. On the wedding day Mel was AMAZING at keeping everything under control. I wasn’t worried about a single thing. We had intermittent check-ups throughout the wedding which made me feel even more relaxed (amongst ALL the happenings behind the scenes)! Hiring an expert really paid off for us and the investment was 100% worth it. I had the happiest day of my life and couldn’t recommend Keepsake Events more.
The thought of planning a wedding all by ourselves was daunting. Our wedding wouldn't have happened without Mel at Keepsake Events. She was flexible and creative with accommodating last minute changes in the context of ever-changing pandemic regulations. Most importantly, she kept us excited about our wedding and involved us with as little or as much as we wanted. She was also extremely organized and responsive to any questions we had. Mel also considered all the details and thoughtful touches for our wedding day. The day of our wedding was smooth and worry-free thanks to her organization and coordination of venue set-up and scheduling of events. All we had to do was show up!
