We couldn't imagine enjoying our pool as much without our weekly visits from Daniel! He takes such Great care of it, even working with the maintenance team on things BEFORE we even notice them (like when one of the lights was flickering)! He also is so careful with our little puppy Zeus who always wants to help Daniel…smile. We are also happy with the design and building of the pool. However i wish we had gone with all of designer’s recommendations instead of trying to save a few dollars like making the deck and pool one level.
All I can say is WOW! Being in the service industry I can honestly say I have never had a purchasing or service experience go so smoothly as it has with Keith Zars Pools. Chevis Amick, our salesman has been super professional throughout the entire process. Answering questions and helping coordinate our build. Chris Moreno our construction superintendent has communicated every step of the process on a daily basis. From ground breaking to steel, to stone work and plaster the entire process has been amazing. If you are looking for a turn key experience, a company that values their employees and keeps promises look no further than Keith Zars. I have always said in my business, "I don't want to be the cheapest, I want to be the best". People pay for quality and service. Trust me when I say don't skimp on the small details, build your dream with an "in-house" company that handles everything from cradle to grave. Awesome Experience!!!!
Issues with the pool system from the very beginning. Pool pump starts ejecting water spontaneously. Still trying this to be fixed Company broke my driveway concrete at several places while building the pool and refused to fix. Pool has areas of mold while weekly zeithzars cleaning plan I could have saved tens of thousands by going with another pool company and would provably have gotten better quality services
We couldn’t be happier with our pool from Keith Zars. The total project took about four months from start to finish, and that included some difficult excavation due to our unusual backyard. All of the workers were not only excellent craftsmen but friendly and helpful as well. Our project manager, Ben LaScala, was incredible. He kept us well-informed and educated throughout all the stages of construction. He also went above and beyond on several occasions, making sure everything was done to our expectations even when we weren’t there ourselves. We had nice designs and offers from several companies, but what really won us over to Keith Zars was the excellent design from our salesman, Tanner Hopkins. No one else even came close. Thanks to everyone for a great design and great execution of a pretty difficult project. We love it!
