If you are a buyer, Buyer Beware with these greedy clowns! They seem to think all people are schmucks and will sign any agreement automatically and how dare you question them! Like many brokers, they want to make $4,000 per hour ($40k commission) to simply open a door and do maybe 10 hours worth of Real Work! And then try to slide in $600 in junk fees to help pay their car lease, as if the $40 k commission is not enough??? Really? Tip: sell your own house like I have always done and pay a service a couple of thousand to help in the transaction. Adios Muchacho. Hail Caeser.
We had a agent that did nothing for us accept did the listing,didn't show for final walk thru, very little communicate unless it was a text or email,pick up the damn phone and reach out,no support what so ever the worst place to use the worst experience we had to sell our home,cost us more money then it was worth lived in and out of hotels for 2 weeks waiting for a closing date to find out to be continued over and over.no compensation and when they did compensate us they took it back at closing on the buyers behalf,poor, poor management poor communication by far the worst real estate company in PSL beware people get your self a lawyer with this facility
