Hiring Ken as my personal trainer has been life changing. His facility is welcoming to all body types and is clean everytime I walk into the building. I first started with Ken after my father passed away in 2021 and he truly helped me on my journey to keep my mind busy on healthy habits as well as building muscle along the way for nearly 2 years. I recently started taking sessions again this year (2025). Ken listens to my fitness goals and creates a one-of-a-kind workout every session. He encourages me to do the excercies correctly and pays attention to what my body can handle while also pushing me out of my comfort zone. Thank you Ken for providing a service that goes above and beyond a regular neighborhood gym. Your help and attention to detail keeps me motivated because I struggle to work out on my own. Today my son completed his 2nd attempt at the CPAT physical agility for firefighting. The first time he went through it he wasn’t able to complete it, but after 45 days of training at Ken’s Fitness & Nutrition Studio Ken had my son capable and in position to accomplish his goal.
