Kensington Florist are the BEST… My delivery date kept moving, then my recipient was not going to be home for another week… I thought all was lost, and figured I would just accept it and pick up my card. They are SOOO amazing!!!! They are willing to change my delivery date, and make a completely fresh arrangement for the delivery. Understand that the Old flowers need to still be fresh in order for this to happen. In a age where customer service in the west is weak. THEY ARE THE EXAMPLE. Thank you Kensington Florist for keeping the bar high. Great flowers, AMAZING service.
Ordered a bouquet for my partner on her birthday. They sent me a picture of the flowers/note the day before it was delivered and everything was wonderful. She loved them - hand written note was an excellent touch. Recommend!!
I am extremely pleased with the quality and beauty of the flowers, as well as the punctuality and speed of the delivery service. I placed the order on Sunday night, and by Monday at 11 a.m. my girlfriend had already received the flowers at her workplace. She absolutely loved them. I definitely recommend Kensington Florist

I was overwhelmed with the beauty and freshness of the floral arrangement.
