Great gym for those looking to get a good workout without all the unneeded flash. I wanted a place where I could feel comfortable, as I have never really worked out at a gym before, and was intimidated by other gyms I looked at. I love the atmosphere here, and feel comfortable working out all the times I've been there. Everyone is very helpful as well, and made me feel welcome. Love it!
Excellent space to build and recover. The determining factor was the cold plunge and steam shower for after care. So if you want to get a good workout 24/7 and have contrast therapy 9am-9pm this is the place for you.
Really like this gym — it’s not pretentious and has everything you need for a solid workout, including punching bags. It’s got a friendly, comfortable vibe that makes it easy to feel at home. Great location with plenty of parking, too.
I’ve been to many gyms in my 67 years and this gym is by far the best. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and will to assist in any way possible. My wife, grandson and I go in and do our workouts without pressure of someone waiting to use the equipment. Small town living and never waiting to use a machine.
I joined this gym just a few weeks ago and love the environment! No judgement from anyone. Staff is friendly and you have 24/7 access and it’s budget friendly.
