Not sure who commented that they couldn’t work with long hair but I got a very good haircut today and was very happy either result ! I have thick and long hair and they handled it perfectly! I believe jamal was my barber.
Amazing barbershop! Super friendly vibe, clean place, and the cut was perfect. The fade was sharp, the details were on point, and they really take their time to get it right. Walked out feeling fresh. Highly recommend!

I drove an hour to get this cut yesterday after reading all the 5 star reviews. I was careful to pick where I went as I have long hair and just needed texture NOT length taken off. Anyone that cuts long hair would know what I was talking about. If you have long hair and want to keep it long, this is NOT the place for you. This is the classic barborshop good at fades and fades only. Alvin I believe was the one that cut my hair. Didn’t wet my hair down before combing just dry combed my hair literally pulling hairs out of my head as he combed. I thought I was very thourough at explaining what I wanted before the cut. As a barber, if that’s something out of your scope, just say that. I would’ve rather drove an hour back and walked out of there with the hair still on my head then walk out over 1.5 hours later with a cut I don’t like and just an overall bad cut. My hair is thinned out in spots and heavy in other, I asked for a taper at my ears from my beard and got a fade that goes up my eyebrow. No layering of my hair just thin sheared my hair all the way around. Kept just cutting the sides in a line instead of texture cutting with the shears. I kept asking him to cut it different and he would just go back to whatever he was doing. One of the barbors did offer to make it right, but I didn’t want any more length taken off then their already was. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a barborshop in a long time. Alvin apologized at the end because I think even he knew it was bad. Just tell people what you can and can’t do instead of just winging it. Also, put some product on a clients face before straight razor shaving their face and neck. Doing it dry is wild.
Hands down the best barber studio in the city!! The inside is extremely clean and very modern. My barber Deia doesn’t miss with his fades or line ups. Not going anywhere else to get a haircut. If you’re in the Milwaukee area check this place out!
