We had a wonderful experience shopping at Kern Hill. Our salesperson, Preston, was incredibly knowledgeable about the couches and made thoughtful recommendations based on what we were looking for. He also encouraged us to take home several fabric samples so we could see them in our own space and lighting, which was so helpful. What we appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure—Preston focused on sharing his expertise and supporting us in finding what truly worked for us, rather than pushing a sale. This was such a refreshing change compared to other stores we visited, where we felt pressured to buy on the spot in order to get a “deal.” Everyone at this location was great to work with, and we were also given free delivery. The delivery and setup team was fantastic as well. We just received our couch and absolutely love our purchase.

Again thought I would give them a chance and they gave me a very good deal but product is still not in. When speaking to Missy the manager to decide what they will do because this again is taking 2-3 weeks longer then expected she said I have to deal with the sales rep Preston on it. I asked her then what’s the point of speaking to her if she is the manager and she froze and couldn’t answer me except for saying well we have to talk to the sales rep Preston and he can make the decision. This is not very good management nor good on delivery…. 2 times and both the same experience. Not impressed at all
So impressed with Kern Hill. Have always bought from them and will continue to do so. Christian was a wonderful salesman. Can’t say enough about all the staff. It’s great dealing with the same people (Andy and Scott). Thanks once again
We had no idea what to look for when furniture shopping for our first home but Preston made the process easy - he was friendly and very helpful. We bought a couch we love at a good price and they delivered and set up as well. Movers were quick and respectful of our space. Will be referring more people here that are looking for furniture and friendly service.
