Bought a G-Shock from the today 1-17-26. Asked the rep Brent if he could adjust the time and show me how to adjust it. he told me he didn’t know how to do it and recommended I go to another jewelry store for help adjusting the watch. He asked his manger and she said they didn’t adjust them there and recommended I go to a different jewelry store as well.
