My appointment was urgent to me and I was able to get in to get a diagnosis rather quickly. Fortunately Dr. Nguyen was able to see me and resolve things within 24 hours. Great staff too. It’s wonderful to have doctors who really care about their patients.
The five star reviews are valid for this physician and all the staff at Key Dermatology. My initial and subsequent contacts with the office manager and staff were friendly and informative. We worked together, prior to my appointment, to ensure the best possible use of my insurance coverage. Upon arrival to my appointment, I noticed that the office layout is truly handicapped accessible with wide thresholds, ample waiting area and seating. The facility is clean, appealing and well maintained. The medical staff are friendly, truly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly amazed at the their willingness to provide physical assistance during the examination and explain the treatment recommendations in a way I understood. During the check out process, I was given detailed, written instructions for my treatment plan and a follow-up appointment. Here again, the office staff provided customer service that truly compliments the practice and art of healthcare at Key Dermatology.
Dr Nguyen and her staff are always very helpful, informative, and super nice. They faxed in lab requests quickly (I left my request at home). They quickly send in prescriptions and refills. Dr Nguyen is so nice. She has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable about dermatology. I’ve been seeing her for years and she has handled each situation with great care. I highly recommend Key Dermatology.
I am so pleased and so is my husband. We make Dr. Nguyen a routine visit. We are older and highly recommend. She strives for a pain free experience. We love her and their clean facility.

I had a skin tag that had grown fairly large because I was nervous about having it removed, especially knowing it would involve a numbing shot. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff member who brought me back and got me settled was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. Dr. Nguyen was just as wonderful—she explained the process, clearly sensed that I was nervous, and gave me time to decide whether I wanted to proceed or come back another day. I chose to have it removed right then. The procedure was quick and completely painless. I didn’t feel a thing, and it took less than a few minutes. Dr. Nguyen talked with me the entire time, which really helped calm my nerves. I was honestly surprised at how easy and smooth the whole experience was. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and Key Dermatology.
