As a renter, having a property management team that actually communicates and follows through makes a huge difference, and they truly delivered. They were super responsive throughout the whole process and very friendly, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. What really stood out was how responsive and accommodating they were even outside of business hours. Fara and Reza did an excellent job throughout the process. They were very detail oriented during the unit inspection and took the time to walk us through everything step by step so we knew exactly what to expect. If you are looking for a property management team that is professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Keyrenter and especially Fara and Reza.

Keyrenter San Diego has been outstanding to work with. They handled the entire rental process from start to finish and made everything incredibly easy for me. They even fully coordinated the installation of new floors in my unit, keeping me updated and ensuring everything was done correctly and at a great price. They also handle all communication with my HOA, which has taken a huge burden off my shoulders and ensured everything stays compliant. Their communication is excellent, they’re proactive with inspections and tenant screening, and they take care of issues before they become problems. My experience with Keyrenter San Diego Property Management has been great! Fara, Laura and Reza all worked together to find tenants for our rental property quickly and efficiently. Reza took beautiful photos for the house advertisement and then took time out of his busy day to show me how to re-screen a window screen that needed to be fixed before the house could be rented. Fara was easy to contact and to talk to when I had questions about the leasing process. She is friendly and is a joy to work with! 5 star service!
