My son and I visited the store on Sunday, December 21st, looking for suits as he just started a new job. K&G has an amazing selection! We have been visiting the store for years but this was the first time for suits. We were first met by Harry Munive who helped us find the perfect size. He was very helpful and kind. He had a smile on his face the entire time we were there - very welcoming and professional! We were also pleased there was a seamstress on site, Micaela. She was thorough in her measurements and explained what would and would not work. She was also kind and very patient with us! Last, but not least, was Michael who works the checkouts. We have encountered him on many occasions during our trips to K&G. He is always polite, respectful and extremely helpful!! You CANNOT find better customer service anywhere! Our entire family shops at K&G. I’ve bought numerous dresses. My husband, father and son have bought quite a few shirts. They have a unique style that sets them apart from other retailers. We live in Missouri but frequently visit Texas and ALWAYS K&G. You can’t beat the prices for the quality of garments. It’s really crazy! We 🩷 K&G!
The buy 1 get one free sale made my day. This store has a variety of suits to choose from. Ive shipped at K&G for years and have never been disappointed.
i did visit store from time to time but unfortunately i did not get anything until thanks God i meet the lady name Marilyn she was very nice so helpful take her time help me with size issue i have. she was so great and go way beyond and above to make sure i was satisfied she is very kind and respectful i would highly recommended her for everyone visit the store with 10 millions stars Management please gives her increase or promotion Now i know where i go when i get to store straight run to Marilyn and am tilling you right now if she is not there I will not buy nothing and will come back again.
The manager at K&G provided excellent customer service while my family was preparing for a memorial service. He personally helped pick out my nephew’s suit and made sure it fit perfectly. I truly wish I had remembered his name, because his kindness, professionalism, and care made a difficult time a little easier for us.
