I am extremely disappointed with the way Kidz Jungle World handles cancellations and communicates with customers. Their website is not clear at all about their refund policy. Nothing on the booking page made it obvious that deposits are non-refundable especially when cancelling more than two weeks in advance. I booked a party and later realized the date conflicted with a major event for my child. I reached out a month before the party, thinking any reasonable business would understand and work with their customers. Instead, I was met with absolutely no flexibility, no willingness to help, and no customer care. For a business that caters to families and children, their lack of understanding and refusal to honor advance cancellations is extremely unprofessional. If transparency and customer service matter to you, be very cautious when booking with them. Their policies are unclear, and once they have your deposit, they do not budge — even when you cancel well in advance. I will not be booking here again, and I hope they improve the clarity of their website and the way they treat patrons in the future. Their management is not inviting either they are the worst do not book here if you have real life issues they only care about money.
We’ve been going to Kidz Jungle World to play for over a year now and always have pleasant experiences. Today we had our birthday party there and have nothing but great things to say! The party room is a great size and they had no problems accommodating our extra guests. Kidz Jungle World offers equipment and toys for all ages and is always very clean! Highly recommend!
Never again! This place needs to be shut down. Filthy, unprofessional and dangerous. No staff running this place, it’s kids. they allow all kinds of things to happen. I want my child to be able to fun, safely. Not worried about other children who are out of control and not being watched by their parent. There needs to be some rules enforced when it comes to this. Nobody is watching their child. So I have to watch mine, and others from doing things they have no business doing to and around my child! Just a mess! We will never be back here.
I’ve visited many indoor playgrounds, but Kids Jungle World is one of my favorites! It's exceptionally clean and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It's a perfect place for toddlers to play, especially when the weather isn’t great outside. The colorful theme and variety of rides make it fun for both little ones and older kids. Everyone can enjoy at their own pace. I really like this place!
I literally love this place I come here when I need to get rid of Adulting, and just be around a good atmosphere calming the lighting is them at the bathrooms in the atmosphere so clean and the staff always seems so happy to work which I find a beautiful thing. Never feel rushed never feel pushed aside I always feel tender so I just feel like it’s such a positive and awesome atmosphere for children and adults, I love it here particularly more than other competitors nearby! It isn’t overcrowded it seems well balanced and highly Maintained and sanitary! Def recommend it 250% ☺️✅ Always leave feeling better than I came which is a big plus
