Obsessed with Kintsu! Have seen 3 different nurses over the past couple yrs for various procedures, and they have all been patient, sweet, and very helpful. The staff is SUPER responsive and I like how easy it is to make appts online + text if I ever have questions about anything. It feels great knowing I'm supporting a female-owned med spa. Please open more locations!
This is the first med spa I’ve ever joined—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with their warmth and friendliness. I had my consultation with Joy, and she immediately put me at ease with her personable and professional demeanor. She offered thoughtful recommendations and explained my options clearly, but never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything extra. What I especially appreciated was that she didn’t knock the skincare products I’m currently using. She didn’t push me to switch over to their recommended products, which made the experience feel even more personalized and respectful. Once I chose the package that suited me best, Joy was able to take me in right away for a Glo2 oxygen facial—and I have to say, it was one of the best facial massages I’ve ever had. Her pressure was firm (which I loved), and she was incredibly careful around my eyelash extensions. I now wish I had opted for the longer facial instead of the express—lesson learned! After the facial, I noticed an immediate difference: my skin looked plumper, brighter, and more refreshed. I’ve now started the VI Peel series and I’m excited to see my skin continue to improve. I’m also looking forward to exploring more of the services they offer as I continue investing in my skin. I highly recommend this charming med spa—a truly hidden gem!

The procedure itself was seamless—Bianca’s gentle, professional approach ensured I felt relaxed throughout. I am beyond happy to have found Kintsu! My experience started with a consultation provided by esthetician Joy. She listened attentively and compassionately to my concerns and long-term skincare goals. From there she thoroughly explained the most beneficial treatment plan according to my skin type and objectives. From the very first facial, it was clear that Joy was professional and meticulous in each step of the process—explaining every component (including purpose) into simplified and practical language. She made my experience just fabulous! Upon ending the session, she educated me on home skincare routine adjustments and provided insight on high quality serums to maintain my skin hydration. I am three sessions in and I receive consistent comments on my skin everywhere I go! This has been a worthy investment—to say the least. Joy has been a lifesaver and I highly recommend her to all. For my lip fillers, I must show deep gratitude to nurse Elise! Not only was she able to accommodate my last minute needs, she was a delight to work with and eased a bit of my “first-time” lip filler anxieties. She took her time with the application and checked-in with me and my overall satisfaction. I was ecstatic and extremely impressed with her skills. I explained wanting more facial symmetry/balance and she definitely nailed it!
One of the best girls night out events I have experienced in a long time. So much synergy, energy, connecting, great networking, honest conversations, celebrating each other, placing emphasis on self love, self care, rebalancing, educational about implementing nurturing and healing routines and wellness practices into our daily lives one small step @ a time. I watch a Demo being done for a client called the Glow Up and Golden Treatment it looked so relaxing, soothing and rejuvenating. The process was so thorough and personal. I was so impressed by the owner of Kintsu Med Spa, her staff, the ethnitican Joy, and her dear friends who came to celebrate with all of the new and old clientele. It was an amazing evening. The food that was catered was so delicious and decadent even the deserts were outstanding. There was an open bar & the bartenders were knowledgeable and courteous. My drink was so good I ordered a specialty blood orange mule. As, I was leaving I was given a cute gift bag w/all types of goodies inside for your face, body and skin. Very nice. I will plan my booking soon. Ladies, go and experience this Spa for yourselves.
