Can’t give this place enough stars. The only veterinarian I’ve found in the 3 states I’ve been a pet owner in that I felt like staff genuinely cares about your animal. Taken my dogs here and they are always greeted kindly and treated with thorough care. Whether it be for routine check up or sickness I always feel a peace of mind about my babies after leaving here.

Normal visit to the vet to get a health certificate for travel. We have been a client for a couple of years. We were asked this visit to bring a stool sample. We thought it had something to do with the health certificate, so we brought it. Turns out they wanted a stool sample for some other test that we declined at this time. After reviewing the charges after paying, we were charged $10 for a stool disposal fee. We kept the stool with us initially and the person who attended us asked if we would like for them to throw it away, and we said yes, not thinking anything of it. And then surprised about the $10 charge. Left a not great taste in our mouths. Please tell customers they will be charged this fee before voluntarily offering to throw away stool for them.

The staff and doctor were extremely nice and very thorough! Because our new guy had some sniffles, they made sure to scoot us into the isolation room so we wouldn’t contaminate any other furry clients, and spent some time getting to know our new kitten - we got some meds for the baby and I can say we will definitely be coming back for our vet services!
