Absolutely superb service and a very good price. The fitters were awesome. They took such pride in their workmanship. They were super polite and friendly and made a point of checking every detail of the installation with us to make sure we were happy. Totally faultless. The units are Daikin, nothing else needs to be said about those. Extremely happy and would strongly recommend using Kirwin 😁
Outstanding customer service and extremely professional installation carried out at our property this week. It has taken me many years to persuade my husband to have air conditioning installed in our very well insulated property due to concerns about disruption during installation, the look of the units and potential noise. However, he has definitely changed his opinion - there was minimal disruption, the internal units and ceiling ducts look fabulous and are so quiet when running. The work ethic of the installation team was outstanding - they all worked very hard, especially with the challenges of working outside in the cold weather on Tuesday and working in the loft space on Wednesday. They just got on with the job, made no fuss, left the house very clean and tidy and the dogs loved them! We would highly recommend Terry from Kirwin Air Conditioning and the Installation Team of Alan, Tom and their apprentices without hesitation.
Outstanding service from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the installers arrived on time and finished the install quickly. Clear communication, no pressure, and they left everything spotless. The new AC runs quietly and cools the room quickly. Highly recommend!
From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and tidy. I had to cancel my installation at the last minute because I was sick. They were literally at my door ready to start, and they could not have been more understanding. They helped me reschedule a few days later and got the job done efficiently. The install was nonintrusive, my office was left spotless, and there was not a bit of mess. I’m genuinely impressed and very happy with the result! THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A GOOD BUSINESS!!! Terry was helpful and friendly and explained the whole process. His team were efficient and professional doing the installation. We love our air con unit, which is very quiet and not expensive to run. Great job.
