An outstanding Japanese fusion dining experience at Kiyomi. I love sashimi and the fish here is exceptionally fresh, you can truly taste the quality of the ingredients in every dish. The desserts are beautifully creative and they taste just as amazing. When you compare the food quality, service, and price, everything feels perfectly balanced. I honestly think it’s incredible value for the experience you receive.
Great experience. The food was excellent - we really enjoyed the sharing menu, particularly the dessert which was quite unlike anything we'd had before. However it's the service that really elevated our experience. We'd made an error in the booking that could have caused problems - however the team immediately resolved the issue and accommodated us. Once we were seated, the manager Aymeric took incredible care of us, and went above and beyond to make any recommendations or changes that would enhance our experience. Really gold standard service - we will certainly be back.
Review by Instagram@Jolyslife. Follow my Instagram for reviews, lifestyle and travel content. Dining at Kiyoni feels like stepping into an art museum. Stunning interior with attention to detail from leather bound menu to the beautifully curated table settings. Sashimi platter presentation is a true highlight, served with ice smoke and four different dipping sauces, each for different seafood and sashimi cuts. The citrus dipping sauce pairs perfectly with the turn belly, cutting through the oiliness and balancing the natural richness of the fish. Mushroom and yam soup is very comforting with a balanced flavour profile that feels nourishing. Service is attentive as well.
Well, 5 stars hotel and Japanese fine dining and for us special occasions and spend more money than casual restaurants that they usually get more expectations of quaility of food and service. However, pp $99 was nothing special flavour of food. Wagyu was tough and chewy and the sushi chef's selection was just sushi rolls we can get it from T/A good sushi shop qaulity tbh. Service was being so slow even waited for sushi rolls for main around 20 min in the middle of course that I had to asked for three times different waiter and manager. And then we waited another 20 min for the dessert which I requested for a birthday and it was not really special. In the meantime, I tried to look at up to eye contacts with other staff but it was really hard as most of them avoided. I asked for a bill (tax invoice) for a car park and also waited longer than I expected. If this restaurant is casual Japanese cuisine then I would understand totally. 5 stars casino hotel and this quality of service and food and the mind set & attitude of work staff were disappointed at me and partner as she's actually a Japanse. Shameful.
The experience was 10/10. The food is fresh and tasty. We had ceviche, nigiri, sushi rools and tempura. Salma, the waitress, recommended donatsu for dessert - it was amazing. The service Salma gave us was outstanding. She is attentive and kind. It was my birthday and she sang the Venezuelan birthday to us, we loved it. Thanks Salma!!!❤️😊
