Working with KMO has been a pleasure, and a huge relief after trying several other avenues to get a 'solid' feeling website. From the very start, KMO listened to every little detail of our vision and the things we were struggling with and some things we didn't really even know the words to describe. Throughout the process, they kept us in the loop on every step, and embraced changes we made along each review step positively and understandingly. The outcome was a website we finally are proud of and can trust, without it feeling like it's going to break apart if a customer changes their browser to a different size or if we need to do a minor update. Contacting Katrina to request further additions to the site was met with comfort and familiarity, as if her and the team at KMO had never stopped working on our project and it was still fresh in their minds, along with all of our design preferences.
