Needed some work done in advance of a new appliance. Worked with Kennedy Bird at Knight Electric and have nothing but good things to say. Communication from both Kennedy and Knight Electric was prompt and professional. Kennedy was a very trustworthy electrician and my cats were a fan. Would recommend.
I was very pleased with the work done by Kennedy Bird. He patiently explained everything in a way that even l could understand. He was respectful and had a pleasant disposition that puts one at ease. He took photos to show exactly what was wrong and how he fixed the problem. Kudos for the shoe covering which was of good quality. Very considerate. Thank you.
Recently I had Kennedy from Knight Electric fix a light switch and replace a bathroom fan. He was so pleasant and showed me pictures of my electrical panel, explained how things work and made some suggestions but never pushed and fixed everything I needed fixed. At one point he needed a part and had to leave to get it but came right back to finish the job! The company sends a picture of the electrician before he gets there which in this day and age is a wonderful bonus. The receptionist who took my booking was also lovely to deal with. I will definitely use them again!
Very responsive. Extremely neat and organized. Detail orientated. End results are perfect, everything tucked away and lined up. We hired them to install new breaker box, hot tub electrical, ev charger and outdoor camera. Cost a decent penny but I would do it again for the professionalism , quality work, and peace of mind. When permits needed approving and inspectors came, they all had positive things to say about Knight electric stating we picked the best in the city. I'd agree! An unusual situation to no fault of Knight Electric, the city of winnipeg had an emergency so they couldn't come turn power back on until 3am. The electrician stayed the whole time (outside in their vehicle), offered us battery pack lights, and waited until the city came at 3am to inspect and turn power back on. The employees were all very personable and friendly. 10/10!
I recently bought my first house. It happened to need several fixes and upgrades. KNIGHT ELECTRIC helped me out quickly and well below the price I was quoted elsewhere. I am very glad I went with this company. Did what I wanted at the best price I could find. Jacob and Alexei are seasoned pros who offered me advice and some cost saving ideas. Quality of work was top notch. This is all most people want, but as most of us know….is not easy to find anymore these days. Friendly great personalities with professional quality work hardly exists anywhere. KNIGHT ELECTRIC will be my go to guys for all my electrical work in my 1975 built house that will also need aluminum wiring removed and several other projects. I got electric baseboard installed with wall mount thermostat, a light switch that was a handyman special and done wrong fixed, new wiring run, and bathroom fan. The bigger jobs yet to come. My house was left cleaner than it was when they arrived. Total pros. Can’t say enough thank you’s to this company. AAA+++++ rating!!!!
