When the primary troubleshooting method is to logout and login, you know it’s a terrible product. They have awful support, the product looks and feels like it was vibe-coded by a high school student writing his first application, the data engine doesn’t even deserve the name, and their “proprietary query language” is full of nonsense and doesn’t even support typical functions. Their visualizations are lacking, they try to push their non-functioning AI into everything, and they don’t even support modern data modeling like OLAP which is available in every major BI solution. This might be the single worst BI product I’ve ever used, and I’ve been in the industry for well over a decade. Edited to add that all the supposed 5-star reviews appear to be from employees or shareholders.

Amazing no code tool for non-technical users. Support is awesome as well. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
