So I thought I'd give as many chances as I felt suitable but have now given up with this firm 5th August - Initial enquiry 5th August very quick email back asking for details 6th August I sent across lots of photos as requested 7th August they contact Nuaire around parts 7th September I chased as hadn't heard anything 8th Sept chaser sent and received and I need a whole new system now 9th September - Appointment booked to quote 19th September - Rearranged at my request as I couldn't do the time they booked on 9th 9th September 1233 chased as they were due at 1000, booked in for 1500 16th October quote arrives 18th October I ask questions of the quote as it seems to be a different solution to the problem, rather than a heat exchanger solution currently installed it instead comes with a built in heater and doesn't use air from outside but the loft space, I ask to check as I'm not an expert 6th November their system chases me asking if I'm still interested 6th November I chased asking for an update to Paul 17th November I chased via text to Paul 6th December - I've now given up So 4 months after initial enquiry I have a quote for a system that doesn't look to be a like for like MVHR system replacement and instead a Mechanical Extract Vent and a Positive Input Ventilation join up. Yet Nuaire provide MVHRs on their website so should be possible for a like for like replacement.
I had an issue with my daughter’s newly purchased apartment, which was basically a broken MVHR unit leading to damp and mould problems as we went into the autumn. I decided to contact Kool-it services after reading the excellent reviews that other customers had posted online . All I can say is that this was probably the best experience that I’ve ever had when dealing with any company . From my initial contact through to the final instillation of a new unit which I had decided on, they kept me informed at every stage , they were a pleasure to deal with. The people at Kool-it really are professionals who know exactly what they’re doing, I would highly recommend this company .
Koolit always without exception deliver a perfect installation with attention to detail. Rob & Paul were excellent throughout with this project and made it a seamless delivery.
We recently had air conditioning fitted by Kool It Services I Cannot recommend enough, extremely professional & friendly and tidy, not to mention they improved on the estimated install date. All members of the family very happy including the converted "One" that didn't really want air con to begin with and the 4 legged one who i used as an excuse to have this fitted!
I own a new build apartment, with a Ventilation system, its super important the vent system is regularly serviced, to prevent humidity, damp and to ensure correct air flow. Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. I was nervous about the ability of the company to execute well, having never used this company before. I need not have worried. I was in great hands! Dillon called out to do my service on Monday. may I commend Dillon he is a great asset to your business, he was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and communicative. My home is currently occupied by a family from oversees who have come to the UK on the resettlement scheme and are often nervous about visitors. Dillon instantly put them at ease. Thank you. I highly recommend Kool- it they offer great service, are insightful and execute services really well. Highly recommend!
