Cristobal Fores at Korman’s was amazing. He helped my wife and me find the perfect watch and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. He took the time to show us a wide range of pieces, making sure my wife’s taste and preferences were always considered. He even helped us think about how the watch would pair with her other jewelry, both what she was wearing and what she has at home. Cristobal was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. We really appreciated his care and attention and couldn’t recommend him more.

Matt Pittman, my graduate gemologist, provided a curated selection of watches. He left no stone unturned and allowed me to try on anything I was interested in and exceeded my expectations for service. The no-pressure approach is something I genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend visiting him and the rest of the team here for a wonderful experience and an opportunity to get hands on with some unique pieces!

Her approach is refreshing — attentive without ever being high-pressure — and she’s an absolute asset to the Korman team. We also recently attended the Third and Longhorn Podcast event hosted at the store, and it was a fantastic experience. Korman clearly put great thought into curating an engaging, exciting event for their customers, which highlights just how much they value building a true community around their brand. I found Korman's because I needed to replace a battery in my wife's Cellini. I wanted a certified Rolex dealer that I could trust to do the work. I found a gem of a jewlery store in the heart of Austin that can be trusted completely. The new Jewel House is spectacular. The jewlery is showcased in amazingly beautiful displays. If you haven't experienced it yet you should. My wife and I work with Emily who is always ready to indulge our wants and needs. She always makes us feel welcomed and spends as much time with us as we need. I love my watches that were purchased at Korman's over the past year. My Omega SuperRacing Speadmaster, a very accurate automatic watch. I use on my driving trips. My Hamilton Khaki blue face automatic a classy, comfortable watch for everyday, casual occasions. My Rolex 'Sprite' Gmt, a wonderfull watch for air travel. It makes me smile everytime I wear it. My wife's Rolex Datejust Rolesor 36mm, a truly beautiful watch, it enhances her gold stack like nothing else. The most refreshing part of my visits are seeing how much the owners Kat and Larry Stokes enjoy walking around, meeting and greeting people with genuine warmth. This reinforces to me their commitment to hospitality. When they say Come in, Stay awhile, they mean it.
