I could sit and read in the sanctuary all day. I’ve gone solo and with friends- every time has been exceptional. The teas and snacks are a delightful bonus. Kosa feels like a warm hug when we need it most.
Man... I hate making this review. They charged $61 as a TIP!!!! My facial was super relaxing, I enjoyed it. That is the only reason I gave it a 3, it would have been a 5 had I not seen the INSANE amount for a tip. You lost a return customer. The sanctuary is incredibly awkward too. I didn't enjoy sitting in a robe with the other people in the room staring.
What a blissful experience! The owner and staff are SO kind and welcoming and warm! The staff is educated, kind, passionate, professional. My husband and I came for a birthday spa day and had the best massages of our life! Only wish we had more time to hang in the sanctuary- we will be back again!
Kosa surpassed our expectations from the start. It is not just a spa, but a full on wellness experience where you are able to truly relax. We loved our private sauna/steam room along with our services. Their space is incredible and so welcoming that you feel relaxed right from the start. This was exactly what we needed after a stressful winter week. Would love to go back!
Everything about Kosa was amazing, the facilities, the atmosphere, the service. I felt the serenity to my core in the sanctuary, I would be content to spend the day lounging there with the teas they curated. The body products there for guest to use also smelled amazing, and didn't leave any residue or stickiness. Overall I felt refreshed and relaxed after my few hours there. I told my partner that next year when we're back in Madison he has to join me there because it's amazing.
