ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time and Money, Total Scam !! This is hands down the worst repair shop experience I have ever had. I gave them my Samsung Fold and Alienware laptop, trusting their confidence and repeated promises. That was a huge mistake. They waived the phone diagnostic fee upfront because I submitted two devices and promised regular updates. After that? Complete silence. No calls. No updates. Nothing. When I followed up, a different staff member rudely demanded a diagnostic fee, saying they couldn’t even check the phone without it—a direct contradiction of what I was clearly told earlier. Left with no choice, I paid the diagnostic fees for both devices. Then came over two weeks of pure frustration. Every visit or call meant dealing with a new person, none of whom knew what was going on. I had to chase them constantly, only to hear excuses every time. In the end: ❌ Phone was NOT fixed ❌ Laptop was NOT fixed ❌ Phone diagnostic fee was NOT refunded, despite their promise to repair it After wasting weeks of my time, they casually admitted they couldn’t repair either device and simply handed them back completely unrepaired. What made this experience truly disgusting was their behavior. When I calmly asked for a refund for the phone diagnostic fee (since they explicitly promised a fix), the staff became rude, aggressive, and dismissive. I was told: “Call tomorrow. “Manager is on a business trip, Call next week” Just lies, excuses, and broken promises. To top it all off, instead of resolving the issue professionally, they tried to low-ball me by offering to buy my devices for parts, as if they were doing me a favor after wasting my time and money. This shop is unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent, and disrespectful. They have zero accountability and no respect for customers or expensive devices. 🚨 DO NOT leave your device here—not even overnight.

My gaming pc is only 3 years old and I was encountering non stop rebooting just at idle or after closing any game. I tried everything nothing fixed it. Dropped it off to KT and so quickly they determined it was an intermittent failing power supply! Installed new power supply and so far no random rebooting over and over loop!. They did fast service at a great price with awesome service. Highly recommend them for any electronic repair!

A REPLY BACK TO THE OWNER KT- KT, I want to be very clear, your message only further confirms the unprofessional and dismissive treatment I experienced at your store!!!! As a mandated reporter who works directly with youth and young adults, I found the behavior I witnessed, along with the way you’ve chosen to respond, to be deeply concerning. Human decency, respect, and basic professionalism should be non-negotiable, regardless of whether someone is a first-time customer or a long-time regular!!!!! The fact that you believe “respect has to be earned” before you can even properly greet or assist someone is troubling, especially for someone who interacts with vulnerable populations is disheartening and condescending. Your response seems focused on defending Scott’s academic achievements rather than acknowledging the behavior I described which is completely irrelevant and wrong!!!!! Degrees and titles do not excuse a lack of professionalism, nor do they justify treating people with indifference or disrespect…. It is even more saddening to learn that he works with youth, because the way I was treated is absolutely not how anyone especially someone in a helping profession should interact with the public, his degrees and titles should be called into question immediately!!!!!! The experience I had wasn’t about trust or being a “difficult customer.” It was about being ignored, spoken over, and treated as if my presence was an inconvenience. Offering $300 for a PC worth significantly more was already questionable, but the attitude and tone shown toward me were unacceptable. Instead of taking accountability or even acknowledging the poor interaction, your message attempts to shift blame back onto me and justify the behavior, which is disgraceful and disgusting. Your store’s ratings do not override the fact that this was my experience, and the way you've chosen to respond only reinforces that accountability is not something you or your staff are willing to take. A simple apology and acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but instead, I received a message minimizing my concerns!!!!!!!! This entire situation is unfortunate, and your response has made it clear that I would not have gotten anywhere with this store from the beginning, you’re regular customs are ones of your culture of course you would cater to them. I visited KT Electronics in San Jose, CA with my partner to get a quote on our high-end custom gaming PC. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with disrespect and clear bias. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a simple “how can I help you.” Instead, the employee, immediately assumed we were there for quick cash and dismissed us before even looking at the PC. While attempting to examine the system, Anthony handled it roughly and nearly damaged it, showing no care for our property. After that, he offered us an absolutely insulting price of $300 for a PC worth many times more, a predatory, dishonest offer. During the conversation, both employees abruptly stopped helping us to assist another customer who came in after us, but who appeared to be of their same ethnicity. The difference in treatment was obvious and extremely upsetting. When we asked to view security camera footage (because of how we were treated and how roughly our PC was handled), the other employee, Scott, became emotional, loud, and aggressive. He refused to show any footage, raised his voice, and screamed at us to leave once my recording stopped, completely unprovoked and totally unprofessional. TK Electronics showed zero honesty, zero customer service, and zero transparency. I strongly warn anyone in Santa Clara County to avoid this business, especially if you expect fair treatment or a fair appraisal. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from both Anthony and Scott.

I just had the baterry on my S23 ultra replaced for a very cheap price. My phone had initially started loosing charge very quickly and over the course of a few days started to bulge. The phone protecter I had barely fit and the phones back cover had pulled apart. I initially contacted them for a quote through text and they responded in less than 30 mins. I was able to get the work done the same day after paying a small extra charge. The phone looks brand new and the charge lasts much longer than when I first purchased it. I had no issues with the repair at all. A friend of mine had his childhood Gameboy SP repaired here as well and had a great experience. I very much appreciated that they were able to provide a quote quickly without having to create an account or come in. If you need any tech repaired this is the place to go for a great price, excellent work, and speedy service.

Hands down the best all electronics repair and technical help and support store in the whole bay area and more. I have use them for numerous projects and they have always manage to address my issues in 24 hours. Some of tasks I thought were impossible to accomplish but they always some how find away. They also take in trades and sell all types of gaming consoles. Please support their great staff and amazing business. Plenty of safe parking in the rear of their building. Macbook and iPhone heaven.
