Staying with Kumon has proven to be the best decision for our family post COVID, when my kids were struggling at school and we were on the verge of quitting. Ms. Lily spoke with us in detail outlining the academic problems of each of our kids and coming up with an individual action plan for each. My kids met the benchmark at school and are very confident learners now. We plan to continue as our kids have a customized academic plan in place, ms. Lily continually watches over them, encouraging them and cheering them on. I would highly recommend this center for any kid struggling at school.

We couldn’t be happier with Kumon! Our 3rd and 4th graders have been attending for over 5 years, and Ms. Lily is an amazing director. Both kids are thriving academically and confident in their abilities. The work can be challenging at times, but it really works. My kids have learned perseverance, focus, and how to tackle hard tasks. Ms. Lily keeps them appropriately challenged, progressing at a good pace, and my 4th grader is already learning algebra. We’re so grateful for her guidance in both academics and life skills.

My daughter is doing math here and loves it. It’s really helped supplement her school work and build her confidence. Ms. Lily is great, keeps us informed and very patient. Location is great and facilities are nice. Its clean, quiet, and bright. There is a small waiting room for parents with wi-fi or just go to one of the local establishments while you wait. Would recommend!

If your child needs help with math facts and executive function, the Kumon program works! The staff at the Oakland-Piedmont center was very caring and attentive to our needs, and worked with us to find a challenging but achievable workload. They know how to help kids grow.
