I have been seeing Kerri and her team for years. I have had many injectors over the years but Kerri is by far the best. She is fair, well priced, extremely educated and works with you to achieve your desired results. She is honest and will never recommend anything that isn't needed. You can trust her and her team with any service they offer!! They will give you realistic expectations of what each service can achieve. I had an amazing experience at KW Beauty! I went in for a mole removal and also a hydra facial and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff are incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The mole removal was handled with great care, and the hydra facial left my skin feeling refreshed. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming and very well run. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and excellent service. I've been going to Kerri for a few years now, and not only is she incredibly warm and personable, but the experience itself is always a good time. Her husband, Drew, at reception is a hilarious and friendly welcome. Kerri is always checking in and making time. Her work is beautiful, quick, and breezy. In the past with botox/filler I've had headaches and been given too much. Kerri helps keep me looking natural at a reasonable price given the quality of the product and her work. I also really love Kerri's genuine and honest social media presence, allowing her clients to get to know her and her life on a different level. This helps build trust and make people feel more comfortable accessing this kind of service from someone new. Thanks for everything you and your team do, Kerri and Drew!
Kerri is truly the best!! I’ve been a patient at KW beauty for the 3-4 years and even though I have moved to Toronto I still make the time to get out to Waterloo for my appointments because not only is the costumer service and environment top notch, Kerri’s skill set and more importantly her ethics are beyond exceptional!!! I always look forward to my appointments, I always feel seen, and I never feel like I’m being pressured(Kerri has actually told me no I don’t need it a few times lol). Kerri’s love and care for her patients evident and our appointments together never feel transactional! Kerri is an incredible Nurse Injector and medical esthetic specialist! If you're looking for someone who is skilled, knowledgeable, takes their time and works with you on your esthetic goals she is the injector for you! Her team is lovely and her services and products have always fit my budget without compromising on quality or product. For reference I have had the following procedures and products at KW beauty: Toxin in the face and neck, dermal fillers, collagen biostimulators, hudrafacial, skin products and soon to be IPL facial! I feel my best self after a visit to the clinic, highly recommend!
