Working with Kyle was a lot like stepping into a strange little photo studio at the edge of town, the kind with a neon sign that flickers just enough to make you wonder if it’s open. He didn’t just take my picture. No, sir. He looked at me the way a man sizes up a good pawnshop revolver, turning it over in his mind, weighing the story behind it. Somewhere between the first click and the last, he managed to catch something in me I didn’t know was there. Not just the shine, but the grit. Not just the face, but the thing behind the eyes, the thing you don’t talk about at the diner. By the time it was over, I felt like I’d been cleaned up, sharpened, and set out under the good light. Strange man, that Kyle. Real good at what he does.
I hired Kyle for my son’s first birthday party and I can not say thankful I was after the fact. He was prompt, polite and so professional which made working with him so enjoyable. But the best part was getting the amazing pictures! There were so many great shots that he got that I ended up even using these pictures for our Christmas card. Can I say how hard it is to get a great family pic with a 1 year old in it??! But somehow Kyle did it! I would highly recommend him for any event!
